App redesign due to the low retention rate from new users. When we did our research there were 2 main problems: confusing song queue card, out-dated and unfamiliar app interface. After the redesign, retention rate is increased tremendously from 35% to 80% from our testers. Users said the new interface are more engaging, some spend an average of 5 minutes to curate their playlists and 85% new users reported that they will recommend this app to their friends and family.
